Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although in need of some updating, were spacious and comfortable. However, being directly above the function suite with live music was a downside. The hotel staff's service varied from unconcerned to sympathetic, but there were issues with availability. The location was convenient for road access but lacked local amenities and atmosphere. The dining experience offered excellent choices and preparation, especially the cooked-to-order options.
The hotel is conveniently located for our activities in Haywards Heath, with easy parking and a quiet, clean room. However, the small size and lack of outside view were slight drawbacks, along with the absence of complimentary water in the rooms.
My stay at the hotel was great! The room was beautifully decorated with a fabulous shower, excellent value for money. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed the nice choice for breakfast. However, I did notice that the room was a bit tired compared to others.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were huge and super helpful for smokers like me, located at the very top floor. The service was amazing, with staff going over-and-beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. However, the location is a bit out from town and requires taxis at times, though it's amazing for exploring Haywards Heath.
The hotel offers clean and well-maintained rooms, yet I was assigned a noisy room due to a late booking. The service was friendly and professional, and the location is ideal for exploring gardens and National Trust properties. However, the dining experience had overcooked food with small portions and a tired-looking server. The facilities were adequate for the stay.
